Pricing Questions

How does the pricing work?

Per person, per month, and you choose the seat that fits each one. A Full seat is £100 and opens everything. A limited seat is £25 and opens one part of the product. Mix them however your team is shaped.

Which seat does someone on site need?

A Site seat, at £25 a month. It covers projects and health & safety — site diaries, inductions, inspections and RAMS. There is no reason to pay £100 for someone who never opens an invoice.

What does a Full seat add?

Everything your organisation’s plan includes, with nothing held back. It is the seat for office staff, contracts managers and anyone who needs to see across the whole business.

Can I change someone’s seat later?

Yes. Seats are changed from your team settings and take effect on your next invoice. Nobody loses any of their work when a seat changes — only which screens they can open.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel whenever you need to.

Can I sign up today?
