Do I need any training to use Construction Suite?

The AI assistance feature also helps polish your answers into professional language.
Documents & Compliance
What document types does Construction Suite support?
Construction Suite supports 305 document types across 20 categories: CDM core documents (PCIP, CPP, H&S File, F10), risk assessments and RAMS for 29 trade activities, COSHH assessments for 15 substances, permits to work for 14 high-risk activities, site management documents, incident reports, toolbox talks, subcontractor management, quality inspections, Building Safety Act documents, handover and completion records, environmental reports, commercial and contract documents, HR and workforce records, fire safety, occupational health, and statutory inspections.
Do I need compliance documents for small domestic jobs?
CDM 2015 applies to all construction projects in the UK, regardless of size. Even domestic clients have duties. Beyond CDM, you still need risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH assessments for any construction work. Construction Suite makes it quick and painless to produce the right documents whatever the project size.
How does the AI assistance work?
Construction Suite uses AI to review your answers and suggest improvements — turning rough site notes into clear, professional, regulation-ready language. The AI understands UK construction terminology and compliance requirements. You always review and approve the suggestions before anything is finalised. It works on any text field in any document.
Are documents kept up to date with current regulations?
Yes. Every document template and questionnaire references current UK legislation — CDM 2015, HSWA 1974, COSHH Regulations, LOLER 1998, PUWER 1998, Building Safety Act 2022, Environment Act 2021, and more. Templates are updated as regulations change.
Data & Security
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Construction Suite uses Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted connections, and secure authentication. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you and anyone you explicitly share it with.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure, EU-based data centres provided by Supabase. All connections are encrypted using TLS.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export any completed document as a professional PDF at any time. Full data export functionality is also available.
